1950s VINTAGE ~ 3 DUNCAN YOYOS + 2 WOODEN TOPS + HURST GYROSCOPE ~ SPINNING TOYS

Straight from my 1950s childhood, come my
3 WOODEN YOYOS + 2 WOODEN TOPS + 1 HURST GYROSCOPE
. So fun, and I was actually pretty good with them:
3 DUNCAN WOODEN YOYO’S
:
yellows are 2.25”; black / red is 2” diameter. One yellow / red has a partial “Duncan” decal / sticker, while the other 2 have the Duncan “label” incised into one side. They all have normal usage, and there are no nicks or chunks of wood missing. No strings come with these yoyos.
2 WOODEN TOPS
:
green 2-1/2” tall + yellow 2-5/8” tall. Both are wooden and have metal tips. The green top has a 3/8” rounded metal tip, and the yellow top has a ½” pointed tip. They both have normal usage, and there are no nicks or chunks of wood missing.
1 HURST GYROSCOPE METAL TOP
:
2-3/4” diameter / 3-1/2” tall. The outer cast metal frame-work is aged, and the inner spin piece has a blue outer ring and a red center piece. I see no breaks or cracks on this metal gyroscope top. This spinning toy was made by Chandler Mfg, U.S.A.
These are 6 very nice toys from my childhood. No “Yo-Yo”-ing about it, I had a lot of fun with the other neighborhood kids, to be “Tops” in our little nightly competitions. I think you will really enjoy adding these to your 1950s toy collection.
