This is an OFFICIAL MAJOR LEAGUE (Selig) Baseball signed by 2009 All Star and former Twins, Rays and Padres shortstop JASON BARTLETT in blue pen.  The signature rates a 9/10.  The ball itself is lightly toned and spotted throughout.  Please look at pictures for further detail.  I am happy to send/post more pictures upon request, if needed.
