    Description

    This is a tray to serve the typical hollander snack: crude herring, with onions and pickles. The design by Anthoni van Gool, the initials left inferior corner and backstamp. Even today it is the way to eat this fish by taking it from the tail.
    This ceramic tray measures 9-1/4” x 4-1/2”. It has a bit of extra clay (factory) on the front left hand corner and is in excellent condition. Satisfaction is guaranteed.
