First Use : Make sure to clean the reservoir before the first use.
This grinder is made up of four parts; a fold-able handle which fits into the grinder for easy storage, the burr section, a lid and a reservoir to collect the ground coffee.
Grind coarseness can be adjusted by using the handle on a bolt located beneath the burrs.
Sözen, the makers of this grinder, are a very small family run business, making hand crafted Turkish coffee grinders, as well as pots and other coffee-related items. Their reputation is high among those who know about quality Turkish coffee – the Turks themselves!
General Rules for care and use of your Turkish Coffee Grinder:
Don’t leave ground coffee or beans in the grinder.
Use a brush to remove and left over grounds from the grinder.
Don’t wash your grinder clean the outside surfaces with a clean damp cloth if necessary and dry immediately.
Clean the ground coffee reservoir with a dry cloth to ensure that oils and grinds from previous grindings don’t negatively impact freshly ground coffee.
With the use the outer surfaces may become tarnished, use a metal polish only on the outside surfaces to bring the grinder back to its original luster.
Payment:
Payment is due within 3 days of you buying the item. If additional time is needed for payment, please contact us to make arrangements.
If payment or other arrangements have not been made within 3 days, an Unpaid Item (UPI) will be filed with eBay, to recover any lost fees associated with the transactions.
