This is an OFFICIAL AMERICAN LEAGUE (MacPhail) Baseball signed by former Red Sox and Mariners pitcher MIKE BROWN in black pen.  The signature rates a 6.5/10.  The ball is moderately toned and dirty/spotted throughout.  Please look at pictures for further detail.  I am happy to send/post more pictures upon request, if needed.
