GENERAL SHIPPING
I generally ship within 3 business days. I usually take the packages directly to the post office. There may be times that I put them in the post office mailbox. Once the packages are in the care of the postal service, they are no longer my responsibility. If you have any shipping issues, you will need to contact the post office and open a claim with them. They will be able to locate your package and provide you with an update and peace of mind. Please understand that shipping speeds may be affected by the virus. COMBINED SHIPPING
I usually combine shipping. Please send me a message to confirm, especially if the items will be heavy when combined (e.g. books).
RETURNS/REFUNDS
