You are looking at a very clean official MLB Tony LaRussa autographed baseball.  This Hall of Famer was the manager of the Chicago White Sox, St. Louis Cardinals and Oakland Athletics (A's).
Debuting with the Kansas City Athletics, he also played for the Chicago Cubs and Atlanta Braves.
This autograph was obtained through Tony's Animal Rescue Foundation charity about 15 years ago, and has been stored away ever since.
