RARE Vintage Dog Postcard Australian Shepherd Netherlands 1931

This postcard was purchased by my friend, Lotje, in Amsterdam, Netherlands.   Lotje scours European capitols for beautiful old dog postcards.   She sends them from Europe to me in the USA.
On the front of this rare vintage postcard is the portrait of an Australian Shepherd driving a toy plane.     Above the portrait are two words in Dutch that translate to:   "The Aviator".  Everyone knows that Aussies are smart.  This one is actually a pilot!!!    On the back is a short handwritten message in Dutch, an address in the Netherlands, a Nederland stamp and a 1931 postmark.   Measurements are approximately:  3.5" x 5.5" so this is a standard size postcard.  The postcard was originally made in the Netherlands.   Aside from some signs of surface wear mostly around the perimeter, this postcard is still easy to see and appreciate!
