Vintage Holland Gouda "N. V. Koninklijke Plateelbakkerij Zuid" porcelain tea or coffee pot with five cups. Black and white contemporary art deco style pottery with Zuid-Holland Gouda mark on the bottom of all pieces. The teapot stands approximately 5.5 inches high by 5 inches in diameter. Cups are four-ounce each. Please look at all 12 pictures. CONDITION: The teapot is in excellent condition with 3 small flakes in the black paint on the handle and no chips, cracks, or crazing. 3 of the cups are excellent, 1 has crazing on the inside with a hairline on the side opposite the handle, and one has 4 fleabites or nicks on the top rim edge. Shipping
I ship by USPS (United States Post Office) and FedEx for larger/heavy items. I ship within 2 days or sooner of cleared payment. If the item is too large for shipping it will be listed as "Pick Up Only". On items being picked up, it will be the responsibility of the Buyer to work with my schedule or arrange for a shipping company to do so. I am flexible.
I can offer International shipping if asked. Sorry costs are so high.
If the item is breakable or expensive, then "The Item Is Insured" as the "Handling Cost Includes Insurance". If the item you receive is damaged during shipping, please contact me right away and keep all original packing material and the box. Again, please contact me, not eBay; they did not pack and ship the item, I did!
IMPORTANT:
Please remember I am on the east coast. The west coast is far away as is Texas, Nevada, Colorado, Kansas, Oregon, North Dakota, etc. After a box exceeds 12 x 12 x 12 inches or depending on the weight, the cost to many locations is
expensive
. Do not forget I have to purchase my tape, packing peanuts, bubble, fragile stickers, mailing labels, and sometimes the boxes depending on the size and shape of the item. As a Buyer, you are paying for shipping and handling costs unless Free Shipping is offered.
If you think the shipping cost is high and are looking for a discount, please call the U.S. Post Office or FedEx! When they are not raising rates (which is all the time), then they are adjusting weights and sizes which increases the cost as well. However, the post office has done an outstanding job for my business over the past 19 years.
