This is not very powerful GPU and if you need fast GPU please look for a different model.
The GPU is in a working condition, but if you can't run it with your hardware - you will need to learn how to troubleshoot/adjust settings or fix it on your own.
1 pin on CPU socket slightly banded (see the photo), but it is working without problem.
